Sales conversion rates
Business outcomes depend on:
Client execution
Market conditions
Competition
Internal team performance
Economic environment
All decisions are taken by the client at their own discretion and risk.
- Client Responsibility
The client agrees that:
They are solely responsible for implementing advice
They will verify financial, legal, or tax implications independently
They will consult licensed professionals where required
They assume full responsibility for business decisions
OhmGenius shall not be responsible for business losses, missed opportunities, or operational failures.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
OhmGenius shall not be liable for:
Direct or indirect losses
Financial losses
Loss of revenue or profit
Loss of goodwill
Business interruption

Investment losses
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service engaged.

OhmGenius may recommend or integrate third-party tools such as:

Payment gateways

We are not responsible for:
Platform downtime
Software errors
API failures
Policy changes by third parties

Clients agree to review third-party terms independently.
- Payment Terms
Fees must be paid as agreed before service delivery.
Consulting sessions once delivered are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Custom projects require written agreement and payment terms.
- Intellectual Property

- Termination of Services

- Force Majeure
