Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made to OhmGenius (www.ohmgenius.com) for consulting, advisory, strategy, and related digital services.

By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Nature of Services

OhmGenius provides:

Digital business consulting

Strategy advisory

System design guidance

SaaS & CRM consultation

Growth planning sessions

All services are intellectual and advisory in nature.

  1. No Refund Policy (Completed Services)

Due to the nature of consulting and advisory services:

All payments are non-refundable once:

A session has been delivered

A strategy document has been shared

Consulting advice has been provided

Project work has commenced

Time, expertise, and intellectual effort cannot be reversed once delivered.

  1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

If cancelled within 24 hours, the session fee will not be refunded.

No-shows are non-refundable.

B. Rescheduling Policy

One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests within 24 hours may be declined.

  1. Project-Based Services

For custom consulting projects:

Advance payments are non-refundable.

Work already completed will be billable.

Cancellation after project initiation will not result in refund of deposited fees.

Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing.

  1. Digital Products / Templates (If Applicable)

If OhmGenius offers downloadable digital materials:

All digital product sales are final.

No refunds will be issued after access is granted.

  1. Third-Party Tool Payments

If clients purchase third-party tools through referral, integration, or consultation:

Refund policies of those third-party platforms apply.

OhmGenius is not responsible for third-party subscription refunds.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

Service was not delivered due to OhmGenius fault

Technical failure prevented session from taking place

Duplicate payment was made

Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of transaction.

Approval is at the sole discretion of OhmGenius.

  1. Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting OhmGenius to resolve the matter.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in:

Service termination

Permanent refusal of future services

  1. Modification of Policy

OhmGenius reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised date.
